Order Questions
You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. For guest orders, use the tracking link in your confirmation email or contact our customer service with your order number.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept gift cards purchased from our store.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement if they haven't entered the processing stage. After this window, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:
- International: 10-20 business days depending on destination

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Some items are final sale (marked on product page). Please contact us within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items.
