1.2 Special Circumstances

  • Holiday Extension: Purchases made between November 1-December 31 qualify for returns until January 31
  • Military Customers: Additional 15-day extension for deployed personnel (verification required)

  2. Receive Authorization: We will email:
    • Return Authorization (RA) number
    • Prepaid shipping label (if applicable)

  3. Ship Package:
    • Securely pack using original packaging when possible
    • Clearly mark RA number on exterior

3. Refund Processing

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Immediate Action Required

For damaged/defective items:

    • External packaging damage
    • Product defects
    • Shipping label

    • Order number
    • Photo evidence
    • Description of issue

4.2 Resolution Options

  • Replacement: Priority shipped at no cost
  • Refund: Full refund including original shipping
  • Partial Refund: For minor defects (with customer agreement)

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 Product Exceptions

  • Custom Products: Built-to-order or personalized grills
  • Final Sale Items: Marked "non-returnable" at purchase
  • Used Products: Any signs of use, seasoning, or assembly
  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases

5.2 Special Conditions

  • Gas Grills: Must not have propane tank connected
